Job summary

Tower Health is seeking an Emergency Preparedness Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the health system's Emergency Preparedness program across its hospitals and facilities.

The role involves planning, training, exercises, and incident response, reporting to the Regional Manager, Emergency Preparedness, and collaborating with hospital teams and community partners to enhance readiness.

Qualifications

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings required for role.
• 2 year/associate degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of associate degree
• Relevant Experience (listed under Experience)
• No Licensure or Certification Required

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and maintains Emergency Preparedness plans across multiple hospitals.
• Plans, executes training, exercises and regulatory compliance activities.
• Collaborates with departments, public safety, clinical leaders and community partners for preparedness.
• Acts as education resource, ensures documentation, and supports after-action improvements.
