Qualifications

• Disaster Risk Reduction expertise in assessing hazards, vulnerabilities and threats.
• Preparedness and resilience planning to strengthen systems before disasters.
• Experience strengthening local systems and coaching partners toward sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and serves as a consistent witness.
• Champions global program designs, standards and training tools for National Offices.
• Provides engagement with cross-functional teams to support program implementation.
• Collaborates with Regional staff to design program models, indicators and resources.
• Analyzes data to identify improvement opportunities and measures outcomes.
• Prepares supporting documentation such as presentations and business requirements.
