Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge-sharing networks.
• Knowledge of technical principles related to DRR/AA and cross-sectoral approaches.
• Experience in project design and proposal development and writing content for proposals.
• Knowledge of capacity-strengthening best practices for staff and partners.
• Experience with program monitoring and evaluation and data analysis.
• Experience in donor relations and working with international partners.
• Strong relationship management and ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to agency-wide DRR/AA strategies, standards, tools and best practices.
• Provide remote and on-site technical solutions for planning and program design.
• Assist in proposal development, design, submission and donor alignment.
• Support capacity-building initiatives, trainings and coaching for staff and partners.
• Collect and analyze program data, capture lessons learned, inform decisions.
• Maintain donor and partner relationships and participate in DRR/AA forums.
