Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Experience in social/human services, needs assessment, disaster response or coordination preferred.
• Must complete required screening, credentialing, cybersecurity/privacy training and other onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deploy with Disaster Human Services Impact Assessment teams in identified jurisdictions.
• Assess operational impacts to access to human services and document findings.
• Interview providers and officials using approved assessment protocols and tools.
• Document service delivery impacts in designated systems and maintain records.
• Coordinate with engineers and specialists; avoid engineering safety determinations.
• Support development of assessment summaries, briefs, and reports.
