Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in a healthcare-related field.
• Active, unencumbered license in Florida as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience or equivalent.
• Certified in Red Cross Basic Life Support or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise DHS Service Associates.
• Coordinate health resources access for clients.
• Participate in routine coordination calls.
• Ensure health assessments and education are provided.
• Advocate for clients’ healthcare needs.
