Job summary

Paul Davis of Bucks County is seeking a Mitigation Technician to support their water and property restoration services. You will perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, debris removal and contents cleaning under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager, while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime as needed; a strong team-oriented culture and growth

Responsibilities

• High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, debris removal, contents cleaning and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services under supervision.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• Assist other team members as opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
