Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking a Mitigation Technician in Jacksonville, FL to respond quickly to disaster sites and perform water and fire mitigation tasks. You will tarp, board up, remediate mold and asbestos/lead, and restore properties while maintaining a strong focus on helping affected families.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, the ability to lift heavy loads, and willingness to work nights and weekends. You will join a team that values training, professional growth, and community service.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime

Responsibilities

• High level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services.
• Focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• Lead for the team when needed.
