Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Labor Technician to help communities recover after disasters. You’ll perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning, under the Mitigation Manager’s supervision.

This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime. You’ll serve clients with care and support the team on the front lines of restoration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Proven dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs frequently.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services, under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, adequately stocked, and organized truck, and ensure all company equipment is in proper working order.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
• Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as needed.
• Assist other team members as opportunities arise and serve as a team leader when needed.
