Job summary

Paul Davis of Bucks County is seeking a Mitigation Technician to assist homeowners during disasters, performing water damage mitigation, tarping, board up, mold/abatement, debris removal and cleaning. You will work under the Mitigation Manager and focus on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires physical capability to lift 75 lbs, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work nights/weekends/overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, debris removal, contents cleaning, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation per Paul Davis specs under Mitigation Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized truck and all company equipment.
• Be reachable by phone and participate in on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility tasks as needed.
• Support and lead teammates when opportunities arise.

• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
