Job summary

National Security Agency is seeking Personal Services Assistants at the entry level for locations in Colorado and Washington/Ft Meade. These term appointments can last up to two years, with potential for non-competitive conversion to a permanent role.

PAS tasks include non-medical daily living activities to assist employees with targeted disabilities, enabling participation in the workplace and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Term appointments up to two years.
• Selected candidates may be eligible for non-competitive conversion to permanent appointment.
• PAS defined by EEOC as non-medical activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with customers throughout the day via phone and email.
• Occasionally commute to satellite offices to aid customers.
• Must be able to travel CONUS and/or OCONUS to provide accommodations.
