Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in discovering and pursuing new interests.
• Help individuals plan daily/weekly schedules and attend appointments.
• Inform team of schedule changes and coordinate with family as needed.
• Support participation in community resources and activities.
• Encourage self-advocacy and independent living skills.
• Ensure proper dress, grooming, and safety during activities.
