Job summary

Easterseals Arkansas is seeking a Trainer to develop, implement, and maintain training programs for Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Managers across Community Services Programs. Qualifications

• Minimum required bachelor's degree in human services with at least two years related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong training and instructional skills across learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training programs for new hires and current employees.
• Provide hands-on, interactive training to ensure understanding of key responsibilities.
• Document training sessions and track staff progress.
• Conduct regular check-ins with new hires during their first 90 days.
• Ensure compliance with PASSE regulations, state regulations, Medicaid requirements, and ESA policies.
• Coordinate training with other disciplines as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in disability services and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with program leadership to identify training gaps and recommend solutions.
