Job summary

LEAP of California seeks a Program Manager to oversee daily operations of the North Bay region, coordinating services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You'll supervise staff, drive program goals, and ensure compliance with safety and HCBS standards while collaborating with leadership and external centers. A hybrid/in-office schedule is possible, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration or a related field.
• Two years as a Program Manager or four years as a Program Coordinator or equivalent.
• Experience with nonprofit operations, regional center systems, or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the North Bay branch and Home/Provider services.
• Supervise Program Coordinators and Administrative staff in the catchment area.
• Provide leadership for the local branch and represent the region in the leadership team.
• Collaborate with Social Work Supervisor to meet metrics and train Home Providers.
• Create annual QA checks for homes/Providers and ensure safety and HCBS compliance.
• Lead audit readiness and develop corrective action plans; support invoicing with the Regional Center.
• Coordinate events/meetings and generate monthly reports for leadership.
