Job summary

MRO Corporation in Nashville, TN is seeking a Disability Quality Analyst to support the ROI Account Manager by reviewing, processing, and releasing medical records across multiple channels. This role reports to the Director of Operations and emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and high-quality customer service.

The position requires detail-oriented work, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to handle high call volumes while meeting turnaround times and maintaining privacy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Confidentiality and discretion is required.
• Ability to conduct and interpret HIPAA/Privacy Guidelines.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Creating invoices for disability/FMLA forms in accordance with MRO Clinics policies/procedures.
• Reviewing records pulled by the Disability Account Manager/Form Specialist to ensure accuracy and compliance with MRO Clinics policies/procedures as well as state/federal regulations.
• Providing and logging detailed and accurate information on each file/chart processed in accordance with MRO Clinics policies/procedures
• Updating and maintaining an accurate Accounting of Disclosures for all activities and processes associated with disability/FMLA form requests.
• Applying accurate data to charts processed in accordance with MRO Clinics policies/procedures, when necessary.
• Contacting patients/requesters to collect payment on pending disability/FMLA forms.
• Assigning forms to be completed to Disability Account Managers/Form Specialists, as necessary.
• Providing world-class customer service to patients and clients while ensuring patient privacy.
• Handling high call volumes while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
• Maintaining all established production/quality goals, while managing assigned accounts within MRO Clinics established turn-around time.
• Reports to the Director of Operations as necessary.

Overview

The Disability Quality Analyst provides direct assistance to the ROI Account Manager and is responsible for reviewing, processing, and releasing medical records in a variety of mediums (i.e. mail, fax, email, etc.). The Quality Analyst reports to the Director of Operations.

Total CompensationBase pay is one element of the total compensation package. Eligible employees may also have access to a comprehensive benefits offering, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Salary RangeIt is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Individual pay may be influenced by factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.

Pay Range

USD $16.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
