Job summary

Goodwill of Southern Nevada seeks a Disability Program Coordinator to support CBT and SWEP programs with intake, scheduling, and day-to-day admin. You will help with client intake, payroll processing, data tracking, and reporting to meet CARF standards.

Strong MS Office skills and the ability to collaborate with management are essential. Experience with diverse populations is valued; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years administrative support and case management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Community Based Training (CBT) program activities and intakes.
• Schedule weekly CBT intakes and complete related paperwork timely.
• Assist the Director of Disability and Volunteer Programs with day-to-day admin tasks.
• Oversee weekly payroll preparation for CBT Clients and track data.
• Prepare reports and support CARF and other accreditation standards.
