Job summary

Goodwill of Southern Nevada is seeking a Disability Program Coordinator to support the Mission Services Department at the Corporate Office in Las Vegas. You will manage CBT intakes, assist with SWEP day-to-day tasks, and help meet CARF standards while coordinating with the Finance and Management teams.

The role requires strong Excel skills, payroll oversight, and excellent communication across diverse groups. Office-based on-site position with growth opportunities in nonprofit services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years administrative support and case management experience.
• Minimum of a year of experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to connect with people from a wide variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Exhibits integrity, ethics, adaptability and flexibility.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts intakes for all adult clients referred by VR and VA for CBT programs.
• Schedules weekly intakes with clients and completes related CBT paperwork; collaborates with finance on billing and reports to management.
• Performs quarterly quality case file reviews for CARF accreditation with relevant teams.
• Serves as backup for the Director of Disability and Volunteer Programs as needed.
• Oversees weekly payroll preparation for CBT clients.
• Maintains referrals, statistics and billing data in Excel or case management systems.
• Assists with tracking and evaluation projects and periodic reviews.
• Performs other tasks as directed by management.
