Job summary

University of Kentucky's Human Development Institute seeks a Quality Administrator / Certification Reviewer. This remote, statewide role supports the SCL and MPW programs, conducts provider certification reviews, monitors corrective action plans, and ensures documentation is complete and timely.

Candidates should have an MA, excellent written and verbal communication, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Requires MA and demonstrated writing and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Supports for Community Living (SCL) and Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct provider certification reviews and monitor CAP implementation.
• Provide technical assistance to agencies on regulatory non-compliance and quality concerns.
• Maintain complete certification and TA documentation and travel records in a timely manner.
• Complete special projects and mandatory training while pursuing professional development.
