• Experience with disability claims or SSA processes.
• Ability to learn complex rules quickly and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming client calls with warmth and compassion.
• Gather medical and work history, assess SSA eligibility.
• Explain potential plan even if not able to take the case.
