Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with relevant work experience in program development and training for individuals with disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related Human Services field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide job exploration counseling and generate assessment reports.
• Develop individualized service plans including skills training, pre-employment training, and job coaching.
• Build relationships with participants, support networks, and employers; maintain documentation.
• Maintain files and ensure compliance with regulatory entities.
