Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervises program activities to ensure quality services per individualized goals and guidelines.
• Ensures individualized support plans are followed according to goals of individuals served.
• Creates and manages program schedules and ensures daily transportation coverage.
• Develops and maintains community partner relationships as needed.
• Completes site checks and ensures documentation and compliance with requirements.
