Job summary

Easterseals-Midwest is seeking a Community Living Supervisor in Missouri to oversee daily operations for individuals with disabilities living independently in our communities. You will supervise staff, ensure programs meet service plans and funding requirements, and promote positive outcomes across care teams.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a direct care position supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and be able to work with a variety of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of employees and program services for individuals with disabilities living independently.
• Oversee implementation of service plans including medical care and behavior supports.
• Ensure individuals' outcomes and objectives are met and align with guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
