Qualifications

• Minimum - Incumbents must be able to physically report to the office for work.
• Preferred - Incumbents must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general office automation equipment and ability to navigate federal/state systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic records for disability claims (MER, CE, and related processes).
• Review and verify claim completeness and required documentation.
• Input data and generate system communications for MER/CE vendors and claimants.
