Brock & Stout Attorneys at Law seeks a Social Security Disability Attorney to join its growing disability practice. The role may be based at any of the firm’s 13 office locations, with license in AL, GA, TN, or FL considered.

Prior SSD experience is preferred and experience before SSA is advantageous. The attorney will represent claimants throughout the disability claims and appeals process, handling hearings and managing a substantial caseload with an experienced support team.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, or Florida bar.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
• Ability to prepare for and conduct administrative hearings.

Responsabilidades

• Represent SSDI/SSI claimants through the disability claims and appeals process.
• Prepare clients for hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
• Represent clients at disability hearings and other SSA proceedings.
• Review medical records, earnings, determinations, and other evidence relevant to claims.
