Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services is seeking a Day Program Manager in Mentor, OH. The role offers a 7a-4p schedule, Monday through Friday, with no holidays or weekends and a salary of $45,000 per year.

You will oversee the day program operations, supervise staff, hire and train personnel, and help develop individual support plans for those served in our day and employment services programs.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social or human services or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals in the Day Program.
• Coordinate personnel and service delivery.
• Hire, train and retain quality employees.
• Participate in developing individual support plans for individuals served.
