Job summary

Capital Paving & Construction Llc is seeking an experienced Dirt/Grading Foreman to lead earthwork and grading operations on heavy civil construction projects. You will supervise field crews, coordinate equipment and daily production, and interpret plans and grades to ensure accurate execution.

The ideal candidate has heavy civil earthwork/grading experience, crew leadership, strong grade-reading skills, and knowledge of GPS/machine-control grading systems.

Qualifications

• Heavy civil earthwork/grading experience required.
• Crew leadership experience required.
• Strong plan and grade-reading skills required.
• Knowledge of GPS/machine-control grading systems preferred.
• Experience with dozers, excavators, graders, loaders, compactors preferred.
