Job summary

DSI is hiring a DIRECTV Sales Representative to drive residential and business sales from Urbandale, IA or Kennesaw, GA. You will manage inbound leads, prospect new clients, and participate in events to expand our customer base.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting sales goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work full-time from Urbandale, IA or Kennesaw, GA office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to inbound sales leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Generate new business through outbound calling, prospecting, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Sell DIRECTV products and services to residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain a consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and other sales opportunities throughout the year.
• Track and manage sales opportunities through the sales pipeline from contact to sale.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in company systems.
• Provide timely follow-up on all inquiries and opportunities.
• Review weekly and monthly pipeline activity with leadership and peers.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support team goals.
