The Learning Experience in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Preschool Center Director to lead our fast-growing Academy of Early Education. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide the program through our proprietary curriculum.

This role emphasizes people leadership, quality classroom management, enrollment growth, and community outreach. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in ECE, a NC Administrative credential, and several years of center leadership

Competenze

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience.
• North Carolina Administrative credential.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field.
• Strong knowledge of North Carolina state licensing rules and regulations.

Mansioni

• Lead by example, fostering trust, rapport, and inclusivity with diverse groups.
• Ensure health and safety procedures meet local and state licensing standards.
• Build and maintain a qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
• Guide teachers in implementing curriculum and driving engaging learning experiences.
• Drive enrollment and retention, manage accounts payable/receivable, and oversee payroll.
• Host in-person tours and organize community events to raise enrollment.
