Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant master's degree in higher education, education, organization leadership, communication, social work, or another relevant field.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years progressively responsible post-graduate experience in college/university student services or related field.
• Mental Health First Aid certified or related mental health certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ZipAssist Case Management & Ongoing Care, overseeing a small caseload and Help-A-Zip referrals, including mental health, basic needs, and academic concerns.
• Oversee Outreach/Programming, ensuring quality education, partnerships, and data-driven evaluation of outcomes.
• Provide Supervision & Leadership, hiring/training and supervising staff, interns, and student workers; maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
