Job summary

Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio invites applications for the Director, Student Wellbeing & Access. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for Accessibility Services, Student Wellbeing, and Community Standards, reporting to the Dean of Students.

The Director serves as ADA/Section 504 Coordinator and Title IX Coordinator, guiding disability accommodations and regulatory compliance while fostering innovative, scalable student support for a geographically dispersed student

Qualifications

Master’s degree required with 5+ years in higher education.
Experience in disability/accessibility services, ADA/504, Title IX knowledge.
Supervisory experience with diverse student populations.
Ability to interpret policies and handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Accessibility Services, Student Wellbeing, and Community Standards.
Serve as the University's ADA/Section 504 Coordinator and Title IX Coordinator.
Lead scalable, virtual-first student wellbeing initiatives including Student Emergency Fund.
Oversee responses to complex student matters and FIAT involvement.
Collaborate across the University, leverage data and technology to improve services.
