Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field and 3 years related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in counseling or residential settings.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must carry minimum auto insurance coverage as required by the agency.
• Ability to supervise, evaluate staff, and ensure regulatory compliance with funding and law.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Program Managers in staff supervision, performance standards, reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Plan, develop, and implement evaluation and assessment of services.
• Develop and implement services consistent with the agency's mission and philosophy.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and integration of RHY services and other agency services.
• Monitor program contract objectives and evaluate the program management plan.
• Facilitate the orientation of new staff and support grant development.
