Qualifications

• Three years of experience working with youth transitions or in related settings, with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Philadelphia youth services programs and ensure policy adherence and program integrity.
• Lead staff recruitment, supervision, performance evaluation, and professional development to support a mission-driven team.
• Coordinate service documentation, case notes, assessments, and transition planning for clients within SIL/AOI and related programs.
