Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, social work, sociology, or social science related field from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of experience developing and implementing a program, including administration, financial management and supervision of employees.
• Three years of experience working with children and adolescents in a large organization.
• Graduate degree in a human services field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program components and resources for the CYD program.
• Conduct outreach to educate the public on the CYD program and create MOUs with other youth-serving agencies in the CYD zip codes.
• Lead the assigned team by providing consultation and staff meetings to review and evaluate youth in the program and ensure staff needs are met.
• Ensure contract compliance by monitoring youth services and reporting per contract requirements.
• Act as liaison with program contract managers to initiate calls, participate in monthly meetings, and provide required reporting.
• Maintain an internal procedure manual including processes and contract requirements.
• Mentor direct reporting staff and interns to promote optimal performance through communication and evaluations.
• Implement BCFS HHS safety protocols and maintain confidentiality across services.
• Maintain professional standards and dress code; work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in education, business, social work, sociology, or social science related field

Graduate degree in human services (preferred)
