BCFS Health and Human Services in Texas seeks a Program Director to supervise staff and ensure quality services for youth programs while meeting contract requirements.
Responsibilities include developing program components, conducting outreach, leading the team, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining budget oversight.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a related field, 2 years of program management experience and 3 years of youth work; a graduate degree is preferred.

Education: Required - Bachelor's degree in education, business, social work, sociology, or social science related field from an accredited college or university in a related field. Preferred - Graduate degree from accredited program/institution in a human services field. Experience: Required - 2 years of experience in developing and implementing a program or business including experience in the administration, financial management and supervision of employees and 3 years of experience in working with children and adolescents in a large organization. Preferred - 3 plus years in senior management, multi-tasking high priority projects, development, oversight, and management. Supervises: CYD direct service staff
The Program Director is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to supervise staff to ensure quality service are provided to clients and the programs are in compliance with, all policies, procedures and contract requirements.
