Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation, Human Services or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and managing youth programs.
• Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight for all youth and family programs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate programs aligning with the YMCA mission.
• Manage budgets, revenues, expenses, enrollment trends, and staffing.
• Ensure licensing compliance, safety, inclusivity, and quality activities.
• Collaborate with other departments and engage families and community partners.
