• Covenant member at Soma Midtown.
• Meet the character qualifications for deacons (1 Timothy 3).
• Demonstrate craft excellence and spiritual formation.
• Strong leadership development skills.
• Proficiency in worship leading and AVL systems.
• Capable of managing creative projects from concept to execution.

Aufgaben

• Direct musical, liturgical, and AVL elements of Sunday Gatherings and events.
• Lead worship regularly and raise up training leaders.
• Oversee scheduling, rehearsals, song library, and production planning.
• Ensure excellence in musicianship, theological integrity, and technical clarity.
• Develop annual ministry goals and budgets aligned with capacity.
