Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Nashville Number System and chord charts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead worship musicians during rehearsals, soundchecks, and services.
• Build arrangements, transitions, and cues for responsive worship.
• Prepare charts and resources for teams ahead of services.
• Develop volunteers and cultivate spiritual leadership within the worship team.
