Responsibilities

• Cast a clear vision for Worship ministry and social media.
• Minister beyond music; incorporate testimonies, prayer, and scripture.
• Lead weekly rehearsals and weekend services.
• Recruit, train, and supervise vocal, instrumental, and technical volunteers.
• Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and online presence.
• Coordinate with church leaders for special services and events.
• Teach worship-leading and planning to students at Olive Knolls Christian School.
• Maintain brand and respond to comments with pastoral care.
