Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of technology experience with at least 5 years in a management or director role.
Direct experience leading cross-functional teams responsible for workplace technology, field services, or enterprise support.
Experience overseeing mobile systems strategy, hardware provisioning, and service delivery across multiple locations.
Transportation or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Set the strategic direction for workplace technology, field services, mobile systems, and warehouse inventory operations.
Create and maintain roadmaps aligning technology capabilities with enterprise priorities.
Lead desktop and field support, endpoint lifecycle management, and end-user technology services.
Guide mobile systems integration, hardware provisioning, and service level expectations.
Own warehouse inventory governance, asset traceability, and operational reporting.
Manage vendor relationships, contracting, and partnerships with Purchasing, Facilities, Operations, and Security.
Foster a service-oriented culture with accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
