Job summary

FTI Consulting seeks a Director, Workiva GRC Solution Architect to lead design, configuration, and implementation of Workiva GRC across ERM, SOX, internal controls, and audits. You’ll translate risk requirements into scalable solutions and partner with Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, IT, and ERM to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workiva GRC implementation experience including design and deployment of modules covering internal controls & SOX, ERM, compliance and audit.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Workiva GRC implementations in enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of COSO ERM and internal controls frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Director, Workiva GRC Solution Architect for Controls, Audit, ERM, policies, IT risk and integrated GRC projects.
• Configure and optimize Workiva GRC modules supporting ERM, SOX, audit, and policies.
• Translate enterprise risk, regulatory, and control requirements into scalable Workiva solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, IT, and ERM stakeholders.
• Advise on GRC best practices within the Workiva platform and ensure solution integrity.
