Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Director, Workiva GRC Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workiva’s GRC platform across Controls, Audit, ERM, and integrated use cases. This role acts as a trusted advisor to business, risk, and compliance stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable and well-architected Workiva GRC solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workiva GRC implementation experience
• Director, Workiva GRC Solution Architect (active)
• Experience leading end-to-end Workiva GRC implementations (ERM, SOX, Compliance and Audit)
• Strong domain knowledge in GRC, internal controls, and COSO
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Director, Workiva GRC Solution Architect for Controls, Audit, ERM, Policies, IT Risk and integrated GRC projects
• Configure and optimize Workiva GRC modules covering ERM, SOX and internal controls, audits and workflows
• Translate enterprise risk and control requirements into scalable Workiva solutions
• Partner with Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, IT and ERM leaders across the organization
• Advise on GRC best practices within the Workiva platform
• Ensure solution integrity, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards
• Train junior resources and help scale the practice
• Participate in sales motions such as demonstrations, proposals, and price-estimating
