Job summary

EY’s FAAS practice is expanding its Workiva managed services, seeking a Manager to lead architectures and delivery across Financial Reporting and GRC. You will architect scalable Workiva solutions, guide client workshops, and align reporting processes with ERP/CPM/EPM systems while collaborating with EY teams and partners.

The role emphasizes leadership of delivery, advisory support, and cross-functional collaboration to transform client reporting and governance processes with Workiva.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience supporting Workiva implementations, architecture or optimization services.
• Experience serving as a functional lead, solution architect, project manager or implementation lead on multiple Workiva deployments.
• Deep understanding of Workiva's connected reporting architecture (Wdesk, Wdata, Chains, automation).
• Experience implementing reporting solutions for SEC, regulatory, management, or SOX/GRC programs.
• Experience designing reporting/data architectures integrating Workiva with ERP, EPM, CPM, data warehouses or source systems.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, define requirements and drive executive discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation and optimization engagements across Financial Reporting & GRC.
• Serve as lead solution architect for Workiva deployments, designing scalable reporting architectures and data models.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business, regulatory, and accounting needs into Workiva-enabled solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations between Workiva and ERP/CPM/EPM/data sources.
• Lead executive workshops and solution demonstrations for clients.
• Mentor EY teams including offshore delivery, and support Workiva certifications.
