Job summary

EY is expanding its Workiva practice in the FAAS group and seeks a Manager to lead complex Workiva implementations across Financial Reporting and GRC. You will serve as a solutions architect, guiding deployments, data architectures and executive stakeholder discussions.

The role combines client delivery, alliance collaboration, and business development, with mentoring of offshore teams and Workiva enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have 6–10 years of experience supporting Workiva implementations, architecture or optimization services.
• Experience as a functional lead, solution architect, project manager or implementation lead on multiple Workiva deployments.
• Deep understanding of Workiva's connected reporting architecture (Wdesk, Wdata, Chains, automation, governance).
• Experience in SEC/regulatory reporting, internal controls (SOX) and broader GRC programs.
• Design reporting/data architectures that integrate Workiva with ERP, EPM, CPM, data warehouses or source systems.
• Lead client workshops, design reviews, testing activities and executive discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation and optimization engagements for Financial Reporting and GRC.
• Act as lead solution architect for Workiva deployments and scalable reporting architectures.
• Gather requirements and translate needs into Workiva-enabled solutions.
• Design integrations between Workiva and ERP, data platforms, and source systems.
