Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, workforce development, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing workforce or employee development programs at scale.
• Experience with workforce capacity analysis, data interpretation, metrics, and reporting.
• Strong people leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in Customer Service or a large operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for assigned workforce and development programs, including Healthineers Launch and the Medical Imaging Service Academy.
• Lead the execution and continual evolution of workforce planning and development programs aligned to the CARE strategy.
• Lead workforce capacity analysis to identify emerging workforce needs and opportunities to strengthen organizational capability.
• Design and manage scalable initiatives that support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and workforce-entry programs.
• Lead and develop assigned team members with clear priorities, accountability, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders to align workforce needs, program priorities, and training capacity.
• Ensure program standards with data-driven quality and impact measurements.
• Establish dashboards and reporting to measure performance and business impact, adjusting as needed.
