Job summary

Jubilee Housing is seeking a Director of Workforce Development Training to lead the organization’s workforce development programming for residents, with a focus on pre-employment training and pathways to employment.

The role involves building external employer relationships, developing practicum sites at Jubilee Farms and Jubilee Kitchen, and coordinating with case management to track progress and align training with employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in workforce development, adult education, job training, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining employer relationships.
• Experience working with people who have been incarcerated or facing barriers to employment.
• Ability to design and deliver training curriculum for adult learners.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Experience with data tracking and program reporting.
• Personal lived experience with the criminal justice system is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver foundational pre-employment curriculum for KEB residents.
• Facilitate training sessions in a trauma-informed, strengths-based manner.
• Build and maintain employer relationships and apprenticeship/credential partners.
• Cultivate Jubilee Farms and Jubilee Kitchen as practicum sites.
• Coordinate with case management to track progress and ensure proper sequencing.
• Support residents through training pathways to employment.
