Job summary

Jubilee Housing seeks a COO to provide strategic and operational leadership across mission-driven programs, infrastructure, and resident services in Washington, DC. The role guides growth, performance and culture, aligning with a 2025–2030 plan and reports to the CEO with board liaison duties.

Responsibilities include leading executive teams, overseeing program development, HR planning, technology modernization, and risk management to sustain Jubilee’s impact in affordable housing and community

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in nonprofit or mission-driven orgs.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO, senior leadership, and board on strategy and performance.
• Oversee resident services, programs, and organizational infrastructure.
• Direct technology modernization and enterprise risk management.
