Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
Five+ years of progressive HR, workforce planning, or compensation experience.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience partnering with leaders to address workforce and organizational challenges.
Knowledge of workforce planning, compensation, and talent management.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand strategies, growth priorities, and workforce needs.
Translate business plans into workforce and talent strategies with identified investments.
Develop workforce scenarios and strategies for leadership requirements and critical roles.
Design workforce solutions that support objectives and operational effectiveness.
Develop succession plans and talent pipelines for key positions.
