Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Director of Workforce Development to shape enterprise strategy, apprenticeship programs, and leadership pathways across projects. This role focuses on scalable pipelines, compliance, and external partnerships to meet growth and safety goals.

You will partner with Legal, HR, and Operations to govern programs, design talent strategies, and drive continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience developing apprenticeship programs and workforce strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Proven leadership in workforce development and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term enterprise workforce strategy aligned to growth and project demand.
• Lead compliance for apprenticeship and prevailing wage under IRAs and related programs.
• Create leadership development paths and succession plans across functions.
• Establish enterprise standards for technical qualifications and workforce readiness.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align recruiting with current and future needs.
