Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a senior-level Account Services professional in Iowa to lead client retention strategies, manage jumbo accounts, and oversee a team across multiple offices. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional client service, driving revenue growth, and coordinating complex service models.

Responsibilities include stewardship reporting, renewals, contract revisions, invoicing coordination, and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPCU/AIC/ARM or related designation preferred.
• Ten years related experience or equivalent, including two years account manager experience or five years adjuster experience with supervisory capacity.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Analytical, interpretive and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides stewardship reporting to clients; educating clients on issues and trends impacting programs.
• Performs pre-renewal visits reviewing client loss experience and company performance; identifies dissatisfaction areas prior to renewal.
• Performs client renewal, contract revision, and Client Service Instruction preparation for complex programs.
• Negotiates changes or improvements to service plans.
• Facilitates removal of barriers by coordinating with IT, operations and business development.
• Coordinates client invoicing, audits and accounts receivable follow up for assigned clients.
• Resolves major customer service issues; identifies cross-selling opportunities.
• Supervises personnel assigned to multi-representative programs; ensures adherence to quality initiatives.
