Responsibilities include data analysis, coordinating Talent ID centers, onboarding scouts, updating the Player Monitoring System, and supporting U.S. Soccer's talent initiatives. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and up to 15% travel is required.

• Support Talent ID Leadership and regional managers with administrative tasks.

• Onboard and assist Talent ID scouts; manage travel reimbursements and resources.
• Update Player Monitoring System and related data platforms (P3).
• Field inquiries and distribute scouting data to internal/external stakeholders.
• Plan U14 Regional/National Talent ID camps, staff and facility communications.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting for talent identification insights.
