Qualifications

- Registered Nurse license (RN) required and must be in good standing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Labor and Delivery units to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Lead staffing, budgeting, and operational planning for the department.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and evidence-based practice across the unit.
- Drive patient safety initiatives and optimize patient throughput and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to expand services and improve care.
